Mr. Feuerborn is an experienced attorney, specializing in contract negotiation. Prior to joining SSL, Mr. Feuerborn was a consultant for several governmental agencies. He brings to SSL over 20 years of business experience, including developing a retail program for Public Storage. Mr. Feuerborn earned his Juris Doctorate degree and graduated as valedictorian cum laude from Southern California Institute of Law.
Carl Grigorian - Vice President, Design & Construction
Mr. Grigorian is an experienced real estate design & development executive with extensive design and construction experience both in
United States
and abroad. He has numerous engineering design publications and is recognized as an authority in his field. He is licensed as a Civil and Structural Engineer in multiple states and holds a Ph.D. degree in engineering from Berkeley and an MBA from UCLA.
Shirin Javid - Advisor
Ms. Javid has extensive experience in the real estate industry. She has been a National Real Estate Partner for one of the Big Five Accounting firms and has spend over 30 years consulting to and working for major institutions (including Public Storage) focusing on their real estate related activities. Lawrence M. Argenio - Senior Project Manager
Mr. Argenio brings to Storage Specialists more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, including five years in self storage. His career includes extensive experience in site acquisition and development, with additional activities in retail leasing, development consulting, brokerage and commercial mortgage lending. The projects represented by these activities have included developments in the self-storage, hotel, retail and restaurant fields. He has successfully negotiated the acquisition, development or leasing for quality projects in more than 30 states, with a combined asset value exceeding $500 million at buildout. Dorothy Phillips - Senior Project Manager
Ms. Phillips has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry (commercial, retail, institutional and public works), including over ten years in the storage industry building over 13 million square feet of storage, mostly with Public Storage. Her expertise as a General Contractor includes all phases of project management from conception to completion, cost estimation and coordination, and contract management for projects in the

Canada
. Ms. Phillips has a BS in Business Administration and Management.
S. Ray Huddleston - Acquisitions Project Manager
Ray Huddleston, a seasoned Mini Storage and Retail executive, is an Acquisitions Project Manager for Storage Specialists' Acquisitions program. Prior to joining Storage Specialists, Mr. Huddleston established Huddleston Property Services, to acquire and operate real estate investment property.
From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Huddleston served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Public Storage, the nation's largest storage company. Mr. Huddleston was responsible for the productivity of a portfolio of 349 properties with over 20 million rentable square feet and a market cap in excess of $2 billion.
Prior to joining Public Storage, Ray was a 15-year retail jewelry executive involved in site selection, development and operation of jewelry stores throughout the
Southeastern United States. Mr. Huddleston received his BA in Political Science and Communications from

Andy Hyde - Senior Project Manager
Mr. Hyde has extensive real estate experience with both site acquisition and construction. He is a well respected and recognized real estate project manager who is frequently invited to talk about construction management in many conferences and trade events. He has worked for major real estate corporations as well as managing his own contracting firm. During his tenure at Public Storage, he supervised the East Coast office and managed $38 million of new construction. His responsibilities included pre-purchase site inspection, construction coordination, project management and facilities maintenance. Andy has received numerous recognitions for his performance. Mary Lamborn - Business Development Director
Ms. Lamborn has experience in Real Estate Feasibility Analysis specializing in the storage industry to include acquisitions, development, construction and conversions. Her years with Public Storage included executive office administration, analysis, lease contract administration, equipment purchases and leases, GIS mapping, aerials, presentations, managed department personnel and benefit administration for up to 60 associates across the country, accounting, and payables management, and notary public.
Ms. Lamborn has an AA Degree in Small Business Management from College of the Canyons; and graduated magna cum laude with BA Degree from
